Jodi Bauer is a senior accountant and member of the firm’s nonprofit team. Since joining the firm in 2002, she has focused on nonprofit audit and financial management.
Jodi received her bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville in 2001. She is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Previously, Jodi served as treasurer of My Good Mourning Place. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Matthew P. Cody, CPA
Supervisor
Matt Cody is a supervisor and member of the firm’s tax team. Since joining the firm in 2007, he has focused on providing tax services to individuals and businesses. In addition, he also performs audits of HUD and low-income housing tax credit properties.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse in 2006. He serves on the board of directors for the Milwaukee Public Theatre, is vice president and chair of the Special Events Committee for My Good Mourning Place and is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. When Matt is not working or volunteering, he enjoys playing recreational sports, sightseeing in Milwaukee and following his favorite baseball team, the Brewers.

Steve Dittman is a manager and member of the firm’s nonprofit team. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has focused on nonprofit audit and financial management.
Steve received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in 1993. He is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. When he’s not at work, Steve volunteers his time as treasurer of the Woodland Pattern Book Center. He also enjoys watching college basketball and attending musical performances.

Brian T. Falk, CPA
Staff Accountant
Brian Faulk is a staff accountant and member of the firm’s tax, outsourcing and nonprofit teams. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has focused on nonprofit audit as well as providing tax and consulting services to individuals and businesses. When Brian is not at work, he enjoys supporting Marquette athletics, the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers.
Brian received his bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics from the Marquette University in 2011. He is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to graduating, Brian was a two-year participant in Global Business Brigades in Guatemala.

Lisa M. Feldmeier, CPA

Lisa Feldmeier is a supervisor and member of the firm’s nonprofit team. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has focused on nonprofit audit and financial management.
Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood exceptional education needs, magna cum laude, and her master’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. She is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and serves as the firm’s team leader for the Susan G. Komen Southeast Wisconsin Race for the Cure. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing soccer, reading or working on crossword puzzles.

Jerry A. Fine, CPA
Of Counsel
Jerry Fine is a member of the firm’s tax team. Since joining the firm in 1971 and becoming partner in 1978, Jerry has focused on providing accounting and tax services to businesses, individuals, trusts and estates.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1957 and his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1962 where he was elected to Order of the Coif. Following his graduation from law school, Jerry served as a law clerk for one year to the Honorable F. Ryan Duffy, Circuit Judge, Seventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the Wisconsin Taxation Committee of the WICPA and is an emeritus member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Jerry is past president of the American Diabetes Association - Wisconsin Affiliate and previously served as treasurer of the Friends of the Milwaukee Public Library. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and golfing.

Kelly M. Goodmon
Senior Accountant
Kelly Goodmon is a senior accountant and member of the firm’s nonprofit team. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has focused on nonprofit audit and financial management.
Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM) in 2006. During her studies she received an outstanding achievement award from UWM’s College of Letters and Science’s African American Student Academic Services. She is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kelly, a believer in volunteerism, is an active member of her church, Holy Redeemer, where she serves as secretary and assistant treasurer for the Young Women’s Christian Counsel and is a member of the church’s Women’s Department. When she’s not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Barbara J. Hofstetter, CPA

In addition, Barb oversees the bookkeeping function and compiles financial statements for the firm’s outsourcing clients.

Barb is a member of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and serves as treasurer of the Donna Lexa Community Art Center. Holly received her master’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University in 2009. She is new to the Milwaukee area and is looking forward to establishing herself in the non-profit community. Holly hopes to also volunteer for an organization that advocates women’s health and development.

Diana G. Luttmann, CPA
Manager
Diana Luttmann is a manager and member of the firm’s nonprofit team. Since joining the firm in 2000, she has focused on nonprofit audit and financial management. Her areas of concentration include charitable organizations, associations and charter, choice and partnership schools. Diana performs audits under Circular A-133 of the Single Audit Act.
As an active member in the community, Diana serves as an instructor at the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee and volunteers her time to several organizations such as Special Olympics, United Way of Greater Milwaukee, AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, Ko-Thi Dance Company, Susan G. Komen Southeast Wisconsin Race for the Cure and Bottomless Closet Milwaukee. She was previously involved with Horizon’s Inc., Junior Achievement and the YMCA’s Strong Kids program.

Prior to joining RitzHolman CPAs, Reenie was a senior accountant at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee where she gained hands-on experience in a variety of areas including grant accounting, budgeting and payroll.
Reenie earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and her master’s degree in accounting from Marquette University. She is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In her leisure time, Reenie enjoys mentoring students at Our Next Generation as well as spending time in the outdoors kayaking, rollerblading, camping and skiing.
