Biography

Diana Luttmann, CPA, Partner, focuses her practice on nonprofit audit and financial management. She has a large concentration of audit services with nonprofits subject to the federal Uniform Guidance and state auditing standards. Her areas of concentration include:

• Nonprofit audit, review and compilations, with an emphasis on audits conducted under the Uniform Guidance, State Single Audit Guidelines, Department of Health Services Audit Guide and the Provider Agency
• Audit Guidelines and compliance audits
• Preparation of the form 990 and state tax returns
• Charitable organizations and associations
• Charter, Choice and Partnership schools
• Agreed-upon-procedures and audits of 2r charter, MPS Non-Instrumentality Charter and Choice schools
• Nonprofit consultation – start-up, technology, best practices in internal controls and policies
• Private foundation audit, tax and advisory services

• Technical assistance with fiscal policies and procedures

Diana builds partnerships with nonprofits to help them succeed in areas such as understanding non-profit accounting complexities, operating efficiently and effectively, learning and implementing internal control best practices, and meeting regulatory needs to comply with funding requirements.
